Dan Radtke ~ Manager, Realtor

The founder and principal owner of Freedom Property Management, Dan Radtke has a deep-rooted passion for Real Estate. He oversees the operations at FPM to ensure we are exceeding our Owner’s expectations. With over 30 years in real estate, Dan has experience in residential sales, investor relations, land acquisitions, site development, commercial office sales/leasing, warehouse sales/leasing, property syndications and property management.

Dan is an Associate Broker with Re/Max Regency, the Team Leader of The Freedom Team and a member of the Prince William Association of Realtors. He holds the designations of Graduate of Realtor’s Institute (GRI), Certified Residential Specialist (CSR) and is an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR). Dan is a native of Manistee, Michigan, a graduate of the Air Force Academy and a retired Air Force and commercial airline pilot. He is a long time member of the Bull Run-Manassas Rotary Club, Prince William Chamber of Commerce, and Manassas Regional Airport Commission.

John Latham ~ Commercial Manager, Realtor

Commercial property management is a breeze when working with John Latham. John has over 30 years of experience in both residential and commercial real estate development, management and investments, 10 years in banking, and 25 years of hotel/motel operations management and property management. He now focuses on commercial management, sales and leasing, has held a Virginia Real Estate License since 2001 and is a current member of the Prince William Association of Realtors.

Tiffany Suarez ~ Business Manager, Partner

As the Business Manager, Tiffany is responsible for keeping the wheels turning at Freedom Property Management. Handling everything from financial processing, lease negotiations, and the overall administration of FPM’s services.

Tiffany has a BS in Business Administration from Strayer University and over 9 years of business and banking management experience in Virginia. She is an active member of the Bull Run-Manassas Rotary Club, Prince William Chamber of Commerce , and BARN Transitional Housing for Women.

Krystal Schoch ~ Property Manager

Krystal joined Freedom Property Management early in 2011 after 5 years experience in Community & HOA Management. As our Property Manager she is the main point of contact for lease questions, maintenance requests, inspections and HOA coordination.

She is a Certified Manager of Community Associations and has completed multiple hours of community management courses at the Community Association Institute.

Krystal is an active member of Christ Chapel Mountaintop with the prayer group coordination, outreach programs, and young adult ministries.
