Commercial Management Services

At Freedom Property Management we provide the ability to identify and qualify prospective tenants, negotiate leases, develop lease hold improvements and supervise tenant move-in and move-out activities. These functions are provided through our affiliation as real estate agents with Re/Max Regency. Each commercial property is unique in many ways so management fees range from as low as 4% to as much as 10% of gross revenues, depending on a number of variables including property size and services required.

Our management expertise includes small office suites, retail, office and warehouse condominiums and large and small office and industrial buildings. We have the ability to prepare budgets, provide for maintenance schedules and services in addition to collection of rental income, payment of proceeds and preparations of various reports, including Profit & Loss and Cash Flow Statements either monthly, quarterly, bi-annually or annually depending on your needs.

Fees for Commercial Management are based on the services requested and are tailored to individual requirements based on the landlords involvement.
