Why Rent A Freedom Property Management Property?
We strive to provide our tenants with the highest level of support and quick service responses. Once you’ve found the perfect home, complete our rental application and submit to us along with the necessary documentation and fees. Your application will be reviewed promptly and in most cases a response is ready within 2 business days.
In addition to the Rental Application, you will also need to submit the following items to Freedom Property Management in order to process your application: $40 fee per adult, first month’s rent (returned to you if application is not accepted), 4 recent paycheck stubs, and letter explaining any negative items we may find on your credit or criminal history. These items can be brought by our office, emailed or faxed to us at 703-369-2122.
