Tiffany took over as Principal Broker at Freedom Property Management in January 2017 after working along side and learning from, Founder Dan Radtke for the prior 6 years. She is an Associate Broker at Homestead Realty and a member of the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors (NVAR). She has a BS in Business Administration from Strayer University and over 9 years of business and banking management experience in Virginia, prior to partnering at FPM in 2011. She is an active member of the Prince William Chamber of Commerce, a 2013 graduate of Leadership Prince William, and a long-time volunteer with BARN Transitional Housing for Women

The founder of Freedom Property Management, Dan Radtke has a deep-rooted passion for Real Estate spanning over 40 years. In 2005, he realized that in Northern Virginia’s robust rental market there were a number of commercial and residential property owners in need of trusted advisors who could help them navigate the intricacies of property management while protecting their investments. He developed a business model based on industry expertise and customer service, leveraging technology to maximize efficiency for landlords and tenants.
Dan is an Associate Broker with Re/Max Gateway, is the Team Leader of The Freedom Team Real Estate Consultants, and a member of the Prince William Association of Realtors (PWAR). He holds the designations of Graduate of Realtor’s Institute (GRI), Certified Residential Specialist (CSR) and is an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR). Dan is a native of Manistee, Michigan, a graduate of the Air Force Academy and a retired Air Force and commercial airline pilot. He is a long time member of the Bull Run-Manassas Rotary Club, Prince William Chamber of Commerce, in the 2017 class of Leadership Prince William. and a member of the Manassas Regional Airport Commission.
