Tiffany is Principal Broker and Owner of Freedom Property Management and Sales in Manassas, Virginia and a longtime resident of Northern Virginia. She holds a BS in Business Administration with a career in business and banking management prior to joining Freedom in 2011.

Freedom manages over 85 doors per year and the residential team has over 72 years experience in the field. During her time as Broker / Owner at FPM&S, Tiffany and her team have helped over 450 clients with renting, buying, or selling their home. Tiffany's experience and skills expand to helping investor clients expand their portfolio by buying new homes, selling their homes, and leasing properties.

On par of importance to Tiffany, is being involved in the community she loves and encouraging fellow entrepreneurs in their business ventures. Whether at a local business event, volunteerism, or leading a training on property management, Tiffany keeps up with the local market and business forums to gain the best knowledge for her work and team.   

Tiffany lives in Manassas, VA with her husband Chris and their son. Living just outside of Old Town makes for an easy stroll to local activities at Harris Pavilion, the many festivals and the well-attended farmers markets. As often as possible, they enjoy traveling to the beautiful beaches of the west coast of Florida and attending Army West Point football games. GO ARMY!! BEAT NAVY!!

Tracy is a Prince William County native, and a proud graduate of Osbourn Park High School, a mother and a grandmother.



Tracy grew up in Virginia, the daughter of a carpenter, with a love of architecture, gardening and crafting. This early introduction helped lead her to property management where she has been for over 40 years! She enjoys sharing her expertise of the area and the industry to clients who are new to Northern Virginia.

At Freedom, Tracy assists owners and tenants, inspects properties, oversees maintenance, seeks new business opportunities, and supports the team. To stay ahead of the real estate trends and legislation, she is an active member of NARPM, Property Managers Council with Virginia Realtors, and PWAR.

Tracy has an excellent knowledge base of the industry’s guidelines and laws. During her time in property management, Tracy has served on the property management committee at both the Prince William and Northern Virginia Board of Realtors and has served as an expert witness on landlord / tenant suits. 

Tracy brings her positive attitude to any situation by embodying her favorite mantra "Don't sweat the small stuff." When not working, you can find her cooking, gardening, crafting, and spending time with her 6 beloved grandchildren.

Joe is from Bayamon, Puerto Rico. He traveled the world during his service in the US Army. He is now retired and enjoying life in Manassas VA with his wife, mother, daughter, and grandson.

He is very active in the community as a member of the Lions Club, and a volunteer with Willing Warriors.

Joe is key behind the scenes at Freedom – assisting prospective tenants with the rental application process, and making sure our broker’s and property manager’s transactions go smoothly.  

During his free time, Joe is an avid cyclist, and loves running and personal fitness. His favorite quotes embody his active life – “You will never know if you can until you try”, and “If you don’t play, you will never win.”

Meet Ella Bonza, the Director of Operations at Freedom Property Management and Sales LLC, Ella is at the helm of our day-to-day activities, overseeing the seamless execution of all property management operations. With a keen eye for efficiency and a commitment to excellence, Ella ensures that every aspect of our business runs smoothly, from coordinating maintenance schedules to implementing technology-driven solutions that enhance tenant satisfaction and improve operational performance.

With 8 years of experience in the property management industry, Ella brings a wealth of knowledge and a passion for delivering results that exceed client expectations. Her leadership is integral to our mission to provide top-tier service while optimizing property value and operational effectiveness.

Rowell is a dedicated young talented professional assistant property manager with 14 years of experience in providing exceptional customer service, client communications, document preparation and great execution of work.

Outside of his professional life, Rowell has a deep love for travel and seeks out quiet places to recharge. This passion for travel not only broadens his perspective but also enhances his ability to connect and understand others better.

Rowell’s combination of strong interpersonal skills, a proactive mindset, and a commitment to excellence positions him to make a lasting impact as an assistant property manager. His dedication to enhancing tenant experiences and supporting his team will undoubtedly contribute to the overall success of the properties he manages.

Meet Pat Mendoza, a friendly and dedicated leasing assistant who loves helping people find their perfect home. With experience in property management, Pat is committed to making each leasing experience smooth and stress-free.

Outside of work, Pat enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing with her two beloved cats, watching movies, and engaging in content creation. Pat is known for her warm, approachable personality, making it easy for clients to feel supported and heard. Whether answering questions, preparing lease documents, assisting potential tenants, managing renewals, or tackling any challenges, Pat is always ready to lend a hand and ensure the process goes as smoothly as possible.

With a passion for learning and improvement, Pat continuously seeks ways to grow in her role and better serve her clients. Attentive, reliable, and skilled, Pat is dedicated to ensuring that every client has a positive experience.

Stacie is a transplant to Northern Virginia; originally from Wisconsin. She currently resides in Nokesville with her husband and three daughters. Stacie studied Computer Animation and graphic design at the Art Institute of Phoenix. After college, she worked in the photography industry for over 20 years. Stacie started at a photo lab working in the digital artwork department. Then went on to work for a wedding photography & video company for over 8 years. 

Twenty years ago, Digital Artistry by Stacie Bowman became her labor of love. Her company offers photography, digital artwork, and graphic design services all over the country. During that time her family grew to have 3 young ladies. Digital Artistry allowed her to work from home and raise the girls. 

Her love for real estate came from her husband’s job opportunities that brought them from Wisconsin to Northern Virginia. Then to Austin, Texas and back again to Northern Virginia where they now call home. 

Having moved quite a bit for her husband’s job relocations, her family has lived in their fair share of houses. They’ve had a few amazing turn-key homes they put their personal touches on. They also had a few “diamonds in the rough” that they poured their hearts and souls into.

With her personal experience in home improvement, as well as growing up with a mother who was an interior designer, she has the ability to envision the potential of a space when she walks into any room. Stacie knows she’d be able to help her clients see what could be, as well as find the perfect homes for those who don’t want to get their hands dirty.

When it comes to work in either real estate or photography she’s dedicated to listening to their clients needs with excellent communication skills. She offers clients a relaxed yet professional atmosphere, always striving to provide the best customer service possible.

In Stacie’s free time she enjoys DIY projects around the house from repurposing furniture, woodworking projects with my husband to projects to beautify her home. She also enjoys volunteering at her daughters school or in the community, watching movies, gardening, and especially spending time with her family.
